Under P05 you can choose between Power Gear and 3 gears mode, maybe this is the solution success

Have you set the Ampere correctly on your controller? i made a long run of about 20km.
you can read the battery voltage on the display while driving.
started full, about 40V, max speed then is about 32km/h
after 20km it dropped to 31V with a max of 28km/h
then only 1 digit left on the battery, so was glad to be home
