Here how to report a scooter that's parked improperly.
First, you'll need to locate the scooter's ID. This is an alpha-numeric identifier located on the scooter's handles bars.
Contact the scooter company by one of the methods below, tell them what's gone wrong, and provide the scooter's ID.
How to report a Bird scooter:
Call: 1-866-205-2442 (press 8 to speak to a representative)
Email: Hello@bird.co
App: In the menu of the Bird app, select "Help." In the lower righthand corner of that menu, press the purple circle with a pencil in it. Doing so will allow you to send a message to Bird.
How to report a Lime scooter:
Call: 1-888-546-3345 (press 0 to speak to a representative)

Email: support@li.me
App: In the menu of the Lime app, select "Help." At the top of that menu, press "Submit a Request." Doing so will allow you to send a message to Lime.
