Just use the CFW W, it will give the most performance without too much of a decrease in battery life.
I've got my stock M365 running at ~30 km/h with CFW W installed on it.

CFW w stands for "custom firmware - weak".

This firmware is for the Xiaomi M365.
I'm not sure what you mean, but i'm using the CFW w configuration.
