I was riding to work today, and at some point while braking I felt a strong vibration and my ES4 stopped working. Now, while there are no errors on the screen, when I push the throttle nothing happens, and when I try pushing the scooter manually there is a strong resistance and I hear a clicking noise as can be seen in the video below.
Anyone know what the issue might be and if so, how to fix it?
