Hi guys,

I have a ninebot max and I left it on my balcony. During the night snowed a lot and the scooter froze, specially the wheels.

after that I figured out that the back wheel is running more slow, like more heavy and I lost performance. I don’t know if something happened or it is because I’m using it in low temperature like -8 and with snow area.

Lithium ion batteries don't like to be cold. Who does..
I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just don't let it freeze again,bring it inside.
