Way to avoid speed drop with Gen 1. motor?#56799

As known the gen. 1 motors drop top speed as the battery gets depleted to ~80%. Is there any way to overcome this, like flashing the BMS? Replacing the motor would be disproportionately expensive, so I am looking for a smart solution!
Any thoughts are welcome!

As voltage drops speed drops, the only way is with a gen 2 motor that has different windings.
