First Time eScooter Owner, Forum Newbie.
I purchased a perfect condition G30 Max from an Auction site and received it without incident.
Attempting to connect Official Segway-Ninebot App and I discovered that the eScooter is bound to some guy's email address. I reached out to the Seller, and he continued to say, "you don't need to bind to use it." Obviously, the scooter works, but I'm unable to fully use the features and functions. I'll spare you of all of the email communications, double-talk, denials, and games being played, but I'm stuck without any help from the Auction Site Customer Service (impossible to actually speak to anyone, etc.) and would like to simply move forward. Does anyone have any recommendations as how to best move forward? If I replace the Controller Board, will that let me register/bind? Will Ninebot Customer Service help me? I appreciate any and all serious (and appropriate) advice here.
