This is how I came across my "Frankenstein" ninebot here in San Francisco. The dash and controller had been torn out with the down tube separated from the bottom half. I've had it for close to 2 years just now getting creative with it. For awhile I expected someone to come to my house claiming the scooter based on GPS coordinates but it never happened. I guess that whole issue was sorted with the dash and controller. There's no company ID.
