hello guys, you think it is possible to use this dashboard? it has an extra connector that was connected to an throttle-shaped brake (but I broke it by disassembling it), if I'm not mistaken it comes from a Helbiz rental scooter.

It should be, I believe the German version or some other European one has an extra brake lever which is what the extra connector is.
