Is there a guide anywhere on how to replace the rear wheel with a front wheel?

Cut the rear with an angle grinder or dermal to kind of “notch” it

I found that the rear was a little on the flimsy side so i took a set of front forks with a motor in them and i bolted them into the rear forks on the m365.

Is this the controller I need? I already have an extra battery 36v 16ah.

And I also just need another throttle and brake lever.

Should I connect my 2 controllers to one battery each or connect my 2 batterys together and both controllers to that.

Also how do I flash my new controllers firmware do I disconnect bluetooth module from first controller , and connect it to the new one and then flash it and then disconnect it and reconnect it to the original one.

I actually connected 2 totally seperate batteries to individual controllers and ran them to two dashes that were side-by-side and connect to the same handle bar then I actually ran them to two separate throttles on the right side and I put brake levers on both right and left side and I eliminated the brake line and just connected the brake wires so that both front and rear brakes where braking . For the rear wheel I used a bird zero motor for the front wheel are used some thing that came off of a local proprietary scooter from San Diego called her go ask motor but it was basically just an M3 65 motor or at least it looked like one

Actually its the front forks from a Lime S 2.0. And yes the motor was from a zero. When you hook up the wires to the m365 controller from the zero. You gotta swap the green and blue phase wires as they connect to the controller . Yellow stays the same place

Very creative to use an existing front fork for the rear motor install. For the bird motor, there have been cases where it burns out the mosfets on the controller. Not sure if this is due to the motor power constant set too low when changing the firmware or if it has to do with the regenerative braking + bird motor. How long have you been riding your dual motor scooter and did you change your motor power constant?
