This is a scooter powered kick bike mini chopper. It has interchangeable drive system either xiaomi M365 or ninebot ES3 powered options with flashed firmware pumping out 23mph. I welded the frame from a shopping cart kids bike and mobility scooter. I can easily make more if you are interested in one they would be made custom to order.
