I am an electrical and electronic engineering student. I have aproject about 3 wheel e-scooter ( 1 front, 2 rear). I want to use 2 hob motor in rear wheels. Max load 200kg , max speed 25km/h, gradeability 15 degree. How many watts motor would you recommend for me? I think 2* 350-500 watt but i am not sure.

Definitely agree that would be the setup you would want in order to get what would be expected as for a nice running scooter. With the extra motor and other misc associated parts will definitely add several pounds extra to the whole unit and you will need the and want a strong setup.
