I'd like to share my ongoing project to see what you guys think
I've converted an es4 to rwd and used the outer hub and non drive wheel from m365 to run pneumatic tyres. Suprisingly this was all very easy
The outer hub from the m365 250w motor fit straight on the 300w hub motor of the es4
All I need to do for the rwd conversion was cut the small brace out of the rear suspension that restricted the extra wheel size. At first I was a bit wary of rear suspension arms it failing on rough terrain and under heavy load but, I assure you I have put this scooter through the ringer, Ive jumped stairs on this thing smashed it up gutters( I weigh close to 100kg) it is still holding strong after 2500kms
These simple modifications made it a much smoother efficient ride and I would highly recommend anyone with an es2/es4 to give it a try
(This picture shows a foam front tyre on the pneumatic rim)
