[Superbird]

I have full size chinese scooter never ran from factory 7 miles on odometer had bad controller and dc dc converter using a kunray 72v controller from ebike kit tire turns full reverse throttle close at half throttle it switches to forward. Any ideas on how throttle inputs should work?
