First off I am a total noob at this. I recently purchased a scooter from an impound lot. I have taken out the circuit board (please see the attached picture). My question is, which circuit board do I need to purchase and install in order to make it work? I have looked on ebay and none of them appear to have the same connectors. Please help!

Is that a Bird M365 or ES2/4? If it's a ES2/4 You can just by the dashboard for it online here: https://bit.ly/2YaGuru, and if it's a Xiaomi M365 you can buy the board for it here: https://bit.ly/32WukRE.

Hope this Helps.
Appreciate your reply David. I believe it is the 365. The only issue is the connectors for the circuit boards on aliexpress/ebay are different than what is present in my scooter (Please see the attached picture). The link you provided has boards with white square connectors, but my scooter has black round connectors. Would i need to splice the wires?

This doesn't look like an m365 nor an ES. Does the front wheel have "Bird" written on it somewhere, and have a solid rear tire guard? If so, I believe this is a bird One. Find the thread on this forum for what to do!! Look for samzone's post history, he posted a great set of videos starting with this one: https://youtu.be/bz2VwZNSjpU

the pic you posted looks like the communication(gps) circuitboard, definitely not a controlboard(ESC). From the models I've researched, the controlboard will either be attached to the battery inside the vertical front tube, or under the floor panel. If it is a m365, from what I've read you would need to get a dashboard replacement which looks like this

I believe that this might be a bird one. I also picked one up at auction recently. Let me know if you make any progress with it.

I haven't really started working on mine yet.
