I'm looking pretty much tutorials and stuff about repair the electronic components in a VOI es2 motherboard I found a little microchip is burned inside anyone have 1 burned control board to check it is burned too?

This current control board makes the scooter non functional and the charger when is plugged in makes red and green blinking lights, the curious thing about this is the external battery pack presents the same problem blinking charger with the scooter and the battery pack I'm looking in the web for a control board replacement any recommendations ?
