I have a problem with starting pulse performance 166117. Controller is tre2423v. I've checked motor is working. I've check throttle and gives readings 0.8-4.3V between sense and ground. I connected potentiometer to controller throttle and motor worked. Why is not working? Is resistance of throttle out of range? Is controller not properly working?
