I have a problem - the battery from the Ninebot NEB-1002-H (inside) is blinking red indicating low charge, 3.3V at the power output and 15.4V on the cells before the BMS, is it normal? And the second battery (external) after the reset flashes red 8 times briefly and then once long, what does that mean? It has 34V on the cells, while only 1.5V on the output.
