I plugged in the bird one motor to an M365 motherboard, got the hall/phase wire pairs right so it would rotate, but then when I test-rode it, the motherboard overheated WAY too fast and melted several of the copper traces on the back of the board, similar to several other posts on this forum of bird zero motors with the M365 mobo.So unless someone has something to say to counter this statement, I don't think it's possible to hook up a bird one motor to the M365 for now without limiting the power output or you'll need some kind of cooling to keep the motherboard working properly.

Do you happen to have a wiring diagram for using a One wheel on the ES4?

(Or even the M365)

I'm having some trouble with getting it all to be friendly with each other.

3000w

I use the bird one motor (590) with black paint side cover(from inside) and with ferro fluid.

I have a 20s6p 18650 build from 120 Samsung MH1 cells

Controller : Grin Phaserunner v2

Bms 80A Ant Bms

Scooter make 70km/h
3000w

In summer the motor is hot but I ride it 2 years and the coils look like new

What’s ferro fluid? And how do I use it?

Hello Sto,

Would you mind sharing schematics and details for your project?
I would not mind to pay a bit if needed.
