Security Nut on cheap china scooter

Anyone have any idea what this nut is called?
From a cheap Chinese scooter company. and they are no help

It looks to me like some sort of locking nut. Does the flat bit at the back bend over the nut to lock it on the flat part of the nut?

Thats new one for me. Its a variation of tri-groove or tri-wing.
I wonder if a standard six or 12 point socket could be forced to work getting it off.

I have a link for this security nut manufacturer somewhere. They sell a special tool, not too expensive or difficult to purchase. In my case, I just used one of those "universal" gator grip sockets (about $10 at home depot) and it did the trick with a moderately powerful impact wrench. You'll need steady downward pressure and good contact. Keep your receipt. I had my first socket get destroyed, but they were happy to replace it.

Either use one of this bolt remover nuts or just cut two notches with an angle grinder so that you can use a regular wrench.
