Did you know that if a customer comes up to a bird and scans it while you are unloading it and before you have released it from your tasks.. they can rent it and you won’t get paid for the charge.
I can’t count how many times this has happened to me as I charge close to the Venice boardwalk. And today I checked and they didn’t pay me for it.
Send Bird a message and let them know this is not okay and let’s get this changed.
