My scooter with ext battery charges both batteries to 79/80% respectively. Reading here, some have suggested changing the firmware to 1.4.1. I download the FW and Ninebot-flasher apps for Windows, it sees the scooter, and flashes to 100% (1...2...3... ...100), but in the Seguay app, it shows both batteries at FW 0.3.0. Also, I cannot flash the eBMS (it doesn't go through the 1..2... updating process.

I think everything I have is stock, any suggestions? On the regular FW update screen in the Seguay app, it shows V0.5.5.3 (and says it's up to date)...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You need to update the BMS firmware to 1.4.1. It sounds like you are updating the ESC firmware.

Download this file: https://files.scooterhacking.org/esx/fw ... 41.bin.enc
and then load the file in ninebot-flasher. Flash eBMS first, then BMS.

When I try to just update the eBMS, it loads the 1.4.1 into the app (LOAD OK), Then says "LOCK OK", followed by a beep n nothing else. Is there some weird sequence (need to remove ext battery etc?)???
