We use two different batteries i'd say. I have the 48V 14.4.Ah external standing up battery - your's is the internal from the compartment? Maybe thats why there's is no response.

There is no difference between this 2 models. I've tested the 2 models in the same fleet of a company and the IoT's can communicate with ES400A and ES400B. If you connect the IoT to a scooter (same model) to another company you can't turn the scooter on. Only the rear light will turn on. I've tried this myself. There is something like a "secret code"
